The gathering

A summit for the work that happens after the climate report.

Summit is a focused gathering for people working on the climate crisis: the scientists reading changes in our atmosphere, the communities protecting their territories, the organizers building fairer systems, and the practitioners turning evidence into action.

We bring these perspectives together because a livable future will not be built by one discipline alone. It depends on honest trade-offs, shared knowledge, and the willingness to listen to the people already experiencing the effects of a changing climate.

Across the program, speakers share the details behind their work: what they have learned, what changed their mind, and what can be done next. The aim is not a catalogue of perfect answers. It is a more useful conversation about how to move from concern to collective action.

Built for attention, not alarm.

The schedule leaves space between sessions for questions, chance conversations, and a proper break. Two rooms keep the program varied while leaving room to process difficult evidence and imagine practical responses.

Mexico City gives the gathering a powerful setting: a living capital, the forests of Chapultepec, and a museum made for connecting human history with the future of the Earth.
